· Nice location, close walk to many hot spots including metro stations.
Beautiful big hotel with nice rooms and facilities.
Staff greets are a nice addition. Nice views from the rooms overlooking the city.
The gym is nice overlooking the amazing pool. Truly a five star Thai hotel.

Luxury! the breakfasts are delicious. You will want to get a massage every day because the massages are great

The swimming pool is clean, the staff is very friendly. I do sports every day in my daily life and I couldn't go to the gym that day because I didn't have time.

Then I returned to the hotel at 3 am. Naturally, the gym was closed at that time. But then I asked the receptionists if it was possible for me to do sports at 3. And they opened the gym immediately. I would like to thank the staff here very much, I am grateful for your support and helpfulness. I 100% recommend you to stay🫶🏻

We recently checked in and we couldn’t be more impressed with our experience so far. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how impeccably clean and well-maintained the entire property is. The attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness is evident, and it immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease.

The location of the hotel is also a big plus. It’s conveniently situated, making it easy to explore all that Bangkok has to offer.

We are so happy that we chose to stay at the Carlton, and based on our experience so far, we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with exceptional service.

The room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and entirely free of any smoke or humidity smell. The pool is long and shallow, perfect for swimming. The service was excellent, and the location is ideal. The view of the city from the upper floors is stunning, and the soundproofing is flawless. Truly deserving of its five-star rating.

I dig this hotel. It’s not going to blow you away but it’s pretty nice. Rooms are comfortable, staff is very nice, all in all a good spot. My one complaint is the rooftop bar closes too early (midnight). It would be great if it closed at one or two but that’s a very minor gripe.

Also note that there is SERIOUS traffic around here. It can be a nightmare to get back depending. But hey, that’s Bangkok for you.

Stayed here twice already, I’m sure I’ll be back.
