From my arrival it was breath taking. The food was phenomenal! The villa was breath taking! As I entered my room I was taken aback. BEAUTIFUL! The butler service was amazing!
Rather your stay is family, friends or romantic, it’s a beautiful place to stay. I will definitely come back and bring my family and would highly recommend!

Had the most amazing stay here, the hotel is absolutely sublime. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, even organizing fantastic last minute dinner reservations for us just from overhearing our conversation - thank you so much Genji, you were exceptional!  Complimentary cocktails at happy hour, two rooftop pools and perhaps the best breakfast menu I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Great location in vibrant Sukhumvit close to many great bars and restaurants. The suites are incredibly well appointed and with lovely personal touches, including generous amenity bags, extensive pillow menus and best of all, a breathtaking view over Bangkok from the generous balcony. A faultless experience. This is the best place to stay in Bangkok for couples or discerning guests looking for the very best boutique experience.

This was my second stay at 137 Suites Bangkok, and it’s still an excellent hotel. Due to my own mistake of not requesting twin beds in advance, we had to wait a little at check-in while the room was prepared. Genji handled the situation perfectly, inviting us to relax by the swimming pool and even delivering our luggage there so we could cool off after our long flight. Once the room was ready, another staff member - I'm sorry, I forgot her name, but she was awesome too -  helped with the luggage and personally showed us to our room. Later in the trip, I made the same booking error at another properties, but only 137 handled it so smoothly.

The rooms were fantastic - fresh, well-designed, and featuring a small kitchen and stunning two-sided views, including one from the bathroom. It’s one of the most thoughtfully designed hotels I’ve visited in Bangkok, and since it was built relatively recently, everything felt modern and well-planned.

Breakfast was a highlight, with standout dishes like the Thai omelette with shrimp, salmon steak, and coconut waffles. If you prefer a classic Western breakfast, they’ve got you covered too.

A few things to note: the hotel is split into two sections - Suites and Residences. The Suites are more affordable but don’t have access to Residence-only amenities, such as the rooftop pool, garden, or the top-floor restaurant.

During our stay, on second day, the regular pool was temporarily closed for a few hours due to an event, but the staff handled it exceptionally well by granting us access to the rooftop pool, which is usually reserved for Residence guests.

Cons:

- The location is decent, but it’s about 850 meters from Sukhumvit Road and BTS Phrom Phong. While this might not sound far, in Bangkok’s heat, it can feel like quite a trek. I’d recommend hopping on a motorcycle taxi for a quick ride.

- The kitchen had very limited utensils - no cutting board or knife, which made cutting something like a dragon fruit a bit messy.

- Both pools had freezing water - the coldest I’ve experienced in Thailand. This is likely because my visits were in January, and the pools are located at high elevations. Still, for a 5-star property, I’d expect them to heat the water a bit.

That said, I’ll definitely be coming back and look forward to checking out other 137 properties!

I had a fabulous stay at 137, from the moment I have checked in with warm welcome and welcome drinks, to the beautiful breakfast from 7am till 5pm. I love the suite that I’m staying at with my mom, it’s so elegant and thoughtfully designed, very clean as well as modern. Not to mention, the best infinity pools in Bangkok! They have 3 massive pools with the BEST view. Will definitely come back again.

This hotel is perfect! 10/10 Recommend!!! From the check in being super smooth and quick, to the customer service being the most hospitable ever! I booked one of their suites which made my experience even more amazing because the room was beautiful! The food was amazing ! The staff was beyond friendly and helpful from time we entered until the second we left. They even allowed us to access hotel after checkout being as though i had an evening flight. I will be back!
