I recently stayed at the St. Regis Hotel in Bangkok, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, offering easy access to everything. My stay was exceptional—the room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist. The food at the restaurant and bar was outstanding. I highly recommend the St. Regis Bangkok for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay!

Overall an excellent stay in the heart of the city. Service was top notch. While I didn't use the butler service, it was nice to have the offer. Room views especially in corner rooms were incredible. Breakfast buffet was awesome with many varied selections over multiple days. Chicken schwarma, French toast, and almond croissants were the highlight for me.

It’s been a while since I last stayed at St. Regis Bangkok, but it still feels as wonderful as ever. I absolutely love their rooms, especially with the stunning golf course view. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to the famous Four-Faced Buddha, Central World, SuperRich money exchange, the Apple Store, big C, pharmacy  and many other convenient shops.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, I felt a warm welcome from the staff, making me feel right in many ways. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was fantastic and the room had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The in-room dining was also delicious and exceeded my expectations.

Special thanks to the amazing front-line team who truly know how to make their guests feel special. I can't wait to come back.

My review is related to the service and especially the reception desk staff.

I’ve stayed at several of the St Regis properties in SE Asia and this is r far  the worst. I really don’t think it’s a St Regis level, maybe a Westin or a JW at best. What usually differentiates properties in Bangkok is  the service which is lacking here.

Few reasons why I’ll never stay here again:

During check-in, zero overview of the property or amenities. I’m staying 3 days and I don’t even know if there are any special events planned over the weekend.

Check-in agent practically violated my privacy and I raised a concern with the manager. Heard nothing back.

No butler service, not even an email prior to arrival.

With being “elite” I got no upgrade, room not ready at 2pm (and when it got ready at 2:40, I found out by chance while asking another associate) no breakfast, and I got a beautiful construction view that I can look at all day long.

I was planning on dining and using the spa etc, but not going to spend a penny at this property.

This is the best hotel I’ve been in. Everything was absolutely perfect, the room was clean and with every facility you can think of. The in room dining was delicious and the butler service was amazing. They will help you with anything you’ll need, from taking your luggage and heavy bags to your room, to deliver tea to your room anytime.
I also recommend the breakfast which was amazing and with huge variety of fresh food, or food that made in place.
Everyone in this hotel staff was super nice and helpful and I will come back again for sure
