Siam Kempinski is truly one of my favorite hotels. I’ve stayed multiple times, and every visit has been exceptional. My kids absolutely love it, and the staff go above and beyond—they even remembered me and asked about my kids when I came without them, which was so heartwarming.

The room service is outstanding, with delicious food that never disappoints. I’ve arrived on morning flights a few times, and my room was always ready, with the added luxury of being checked in directly in my room instead of at reception. The pool is incredible, the food by the pool is amazing, and the kids’ club is a huge hit with my little ones. Plus, the golf cart service to the nearby malls is such a thoughtful touch. I can’t wait to come back again!

I love it. Service was excellent and they helped you with all your requests. The breakfast was so full of opportunities that everyone can find something to eat. I visited gym - fitting rooms and equipment and lot of space to concentrate to work out. I did not visit sauna but as a guy from Finland, I checked it. It was doable small electric stove like my home. You are allowed to löyly (throw water to stove). So I can recommend also gym. Spa I hoped to visit but no time for it. Overall this is good place for business or leisure time.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel for three nights, and it was wow. Free minibar that gets topped up everyday - no matter if you eat the snacks or not! Spacious rooms with a view of the pool and room service arranged all my makeup on a nice piece of cloth. Little touches! The beds were also incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning—especially with those amazing pillows! Even after returning to Singapore, I’m still thinking about how soft they were, and I’m seriously tempted to buy some for home.

As others have mentioned, the buggy service to nearby spots was quick and convenient. The breakfast spread was generous, and I was thrilled to see they served honeycomb—something I absolutely love.

The food in the Executive Lounge was also top-notch, and the attentive service made it even better. I especially appreciated the thoughtful decor and art scattered throughout the hotel. It’s those small, thoughtful touches that really set this place apart.

A special mention to Korn at the drop-off area. When I mentioned I was waiting for our airport transfer, I didn’t expect him to go the extra mile and contact the driver for me. He then personally came to the lobby to let me know the driver was on the way. That kind of service truly made our stay memorable.

I didn’t get a chance to check out the kids' club during this visit, but based on the overall experience, I’m seriously considering bringing my child along for our next stay!

We have visited Siam Kempinski twice this year.
You get what you pay for. Of course it is pricier than most other five star hotels in Bangkok, but the service is just on another level. Extremely attentive staff that was clearly trained to provide premium service. For those traveling with children, I recommend this place even more. See you soon.

From entrance of hotel to entrance of room, my family and I had a great time. The hotel is clean, rooms spacious, food delicious and the service impeccable! The front desk (JR is a delight!) is great and all staff are kind and helpful.

**we did notice that the breakfast service team was a bit unorganized as we waited a while for coffee and omelettes even after asking several different staff. However, I will recommend and hope to return**
