I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The exterior alone sets it apart from the surrounding hotels. This hotel shines brightly, and from the moment you step into the entrance, you feel welcomed. The check-in process was smooth as well.

The condition of the room was top-notch, and I had breakfast the next morning, which was delicious. It seems like there are cleaners on every floor; when you inform them before you go out, they clean the room very thoroughly.

Next time I come to Bangkok, I will definitely book this hotel again.

From the minute we arrived we were greeted with friendly and welcoming staff.
The check in staff were extremely polite, informative and quick.
The room was amazing. Corner room on the top floor of the main building (above reception).
Wifi was strong to work remotely and the bed was very comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and the staff there were super!
A short walk to the train station.
If leaving by car, allow extra time when checking out to get to the airport as the area gets clogged with traffic.
Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Wow! We were very impressed this is a pretty new hotel and you can tell it felt fancy to stay here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly opening the main door each time and smiling. The upgraded us to a very spacious and clean room with a big bath and Netflix. The pool on the roof was an added bonus & the breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever seen, the choice was mind blowing! Definitely worth splashing out a bit extra, the location is also very close walk to pretty much anything you need.

Wow !! Samala hotel has am excellent customer service. The staff are very friendly. The location is perfect, close to shopping, food, and nightlife, yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, with all the amenities you need. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help with anything. The breakfast spread is delicious and offers a great mix of local and international options. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

The receptionist, was not very considerate. I arrived with my partner, but she spoke only to her, even though the reservation was under my name. Additionally, her English was poor, and I couldn't understand much of what she was explaining.
The bathroom drainage was bad and constantly smelled of sewage, as other guests have mentioned in their reviews. The bed was large and comfortable. Room cleaning was late on the first day but very quick on the second. However, the room itself was spacious, with a large window, and the AC worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet was small but tasty.
The location is convenient, being close to two metro stations, and it’s easy to book a Grab from there. However, due to traffic jams, getting around the city takes a long time. It is also close to Nana Plaza. I would not stay here again and would choose another hotel in this price range.
