This one of the western restaurants that I will recommend.
1st - the view. We been recommended for outside seat that you can smoke, the view was awesome. If you lucky enough can see a great sunset.
2nd - the food, it really provided a great food for us with great wine.
3rd - the atmosphere here really can enjoy with friends gathering.
Thank you guys for the service and help when I’m make small mistake on my booking.

The place is nice, nice view and good service, include food selection of French cheese display, cold cuts could be improved at same level quality of cheeses..
Only one note, when someone book and is first time and doesn’t know u have bar talk chair and normal chairs table, should be ask what they prefer… as we went for a dinner and we needed up at tall bar table with tiny slim table where the food can’t fit …
If we could have gat a decent chairs table seat down for dinner we could have spent more time and more money for sure…
Next time I’ll make clear during booking.
The lemon tarts, too sweet, maybe use less meringue on top.. that’s my personal opinion.
For the rest, all good.

Beautiful Western spot for dinner with fantastic views. 37th floor of the Pullman.

I got the snow fish and it was delicious. My partner got the lobster pasta on the specials menu and said the lobster was overcooked.

Our dining experience overall could have been much better, however.

We felt rushed from the moment we sat down. The outside seating we were sat at is not comfortable for dining - it’s comfortable for short term or a casual, drinks-only vibe. The table next to us was being very inappropriate, loud, and smoking. They made for an uncomfortable dining experience for those around them.

If all of these factors weren’t present, we would have stayed for longer, ordered dessert, paid for more drinks. But we decided to leave and go somewhere else. It’s a shame because this place was so beautiful!

We booked a dinner during sunset on a relaxing day, and we were warmly welcomed. The atmosphere felt laid-back, and we were seated indoors by the window with a beautiful view overlooking Silom Road and the surrounding buildings. The staff provided excellent service and helpful recommendations.

Food:
For appetizers, we had the Burgundy snails and Truffle and mushroom soup, both of which were great starters. The soup paired well with the bread, offering a rich and flavorful experience. For the main courses, we ordered the Le Coquelet De Ferme Roti aux Herbes de Provence, which was a tender roasted baby chicken served with Truffle mashed potatoes. I especially loved the mashed potatoes—they were soft, creamy, and wonderfully fragrant. The other main dish was the Fish of the day, a grilled seabass served with salad. The fish was fresh, grilled to a crisp but not overly dry. We finished the meal with the Mille-feuille, which was beautifully presented. Initially, I thought the pastry might be too thick, but it turned out to be thin, crispy, and delicious—a perfect ending to the meal.

Atmosphere:
The ambiance was quite private. While the indoor area doesn’t allow smoking, it does mean you miss out on the full sunset view, though you can easily walk out to enjoy it. The staff kindly informs you when the food is ready if you step out to watch the sunset. After sunset, the restaurant gets a bit darker, which might be a slight inconvenience for those who love taking food photos or selfies, as the lighting becomes quite dim.

Service:
The service was impeccable, with the staff offering great recommendations and attentive care throughout the meal. Overall, I was very impressed.

For a special meal with a loved one, Scarlett is definitely worth the price, offering a memorable dining experience.
