What an amazing beach! Just minutes away by longtail boat from ao nang beach. Cost me 200 baht for a round-trip ticket. Such a beautiful place to spend the day. They have activities like kayaking, rock climbing and paddle boarding. Plenty of places to eat and have a drink as well.

This is a beautiful beach, I would highly recommend that you walk over to Tonsai Beach too. It’s secluded and really private there, way less people and a more Interesting landscape without the boats. See Tonsai Beach Nature trail in how to walk across it’s about 10 minutes through the bushy part between the beaches.

But yeah I mean, I saw such an amazing sunset on this beach!

The boats are pretty expensive to get anywhere and they’re not really open to negotiating.

You can rent a kayak from this beach and paddle around to the caves and the lagoons.

You can make good photos on this beach, but in the reality it feels like being in a bus station. There are tens of boats (yesterday there were about 30). These boats are very old. It smells Diesel all the time. The noise of their engines covers the one of the shore. People come and go on these boats uninterruptedly.
If you go from 7am to 9h30 am, it's a 5 stars beach. There are almost no boats, the colors are beautiful, you can enjoy the cliffs without the black cloud of smoke from boats

Railay Beach is ok. Get there and head to Phra Nang Cave Beach (10-15 min walk), which is a beautiful beach with a lot of surrounding nature and views. Could easily spend hours there. Kayak and paddle board rentals are available. Quite popular so going early might help you beat the crowds and find a nice shaded spot.

Beautiful. A bit more laid back than Ao Nang. Only way to get here is by boat. Tickets are 200 baht/person for a round trip. Could use some cabanas or umbrella rentals on the beach. Some very fun bars on the strip off beach.
