Absolutely delicious food - best tasting menu to do in Thailand / Chiang Mai if you have the chance! There was so much creativity and thought put into each dish, plus it was a really unique way to taste traditional Thai flavors. It was also quite a bit of food so definitely worth the value.

Had a lovely meal here! Food was really good and I loved how they showcased their interpretations of different food from local produce in northern Thailand. They also arranged a complimentary thai milk tea cake for my partner’s birthday which was nice gesture

What an experience my wife and I ate here last night to celebrate her birthday. Everything about Blackitch is truly amazing, the service and setting are both top notch but the food says it all if you're visiting Chiang mai and looking for something intimate and truly special make a reservation.

Here’s an overview of my Saturday dinner at Blackitch Thai Artisan Kitchen. I discovered that Chef Black (Phanuphol Bulsuwan) has previously collaborated with several renowned Japanese chefs. At Blackitch, there is a strong emphasis on minimizing food loss and waste. They highlight local ingredients by integrating culinary science with traditional wisdom, thereby enhancing value within the food supply chain. The restaurant underscores the importance of thoughtful and sustainable food practices.

Just a few days before my arrival, I found out that Executive Chef Black was on duty in another province, so I didn’t get the chance to meet him this time. Perhaps next time when I’m back to 🇹🇭Chiangmai. However, I must say all the staff there were amazingly attentive, and the service was simply impeccable! Each member of the team contributed to making my dining experience exceptional. Especially, Miss Om stood out with her warm hospitality and extensive knowledge, providing detailed explanations of every dish, which added a richer dimension to the meal. Her dedication and enthusiasm truly enhanced the overall experience.

Personally I highly recommend this place to all the foodies!😀👍🏻
