Simplicity but best. From the look I can only pick up 4 things ( noodle, sauce, cucumber and bit of pickle).
Curiosity made me trying this thing how the hell this place can get in the radar of Michelin for 6 years in a row.
From 2019 - 2024.
Took a bite and shockingly nice. My mouth start experiencing the umaminess of the sauce. It quite garlicky but sexy in flavour.

Good cold noodles with peanut sauce the noodles is cooked to perfect very tender. The sauce is sweet and a little bit spice. The miso soup is also good not to salty.

Absolutely delicious.

While at Shilin night market, you must go and have those cold noodles.
Taste of sesame dressing with a nice spicy kick (which we picked when asked, you can have spicy or not), few pieces of cucumber I think and the whole thing just works.
Simple ingredients but very good for the tastebuds.
Less than 2 usd for a small portion which is actually not that small at all.

A must try no doubt.

Great noodle.   Didn’t think that I would like it, but after trying the cold noodles, there were good, also great with the soup
