I consistently admire the chef’s profound respect for the raw materials, skillfully transforming them into each art-like dish. The top-notch seafood consistently satisfies my palate. Additionally, the restaurant’s atmosphere and decor serve as an extra bonus to the overall dining experience.

You must be out of your mind to rate this place anything less than 5 stars. The seafood is fresh and made to perfection. The grilled lobster over crab meat sauce.....simply ridiculous!!!!! But don’t assume Pasti is a one-trick pony. Their beef creations are not to missed either. The beef tongue was a pleasant surprise. The veal is also another popular item. There’s no doubt I’ll be back soon. One heads up though, be prepared to enjoy these heavenly dishes over 3-4 hours. Like in Italy, what’s the hurry?!?!?

Oh wait!!! Also don’t skip their desserts too!!!!

I admire this young couple. They are really picky on their ingredients and only serve the best to their customers.
I highly recommend their hairtail with cheese, so milky and heavenly good. Can’t be found anywhere else.
This season they also serve white asparagus with a soft boiled poached egg, simple but magical.
There are so many other dishes that wow me every single time I visit.
Also their wine list is amazing! Great wine pairing with great food.

Somewhere I would like to go back every month if I get the seats!

The selected seasonal high-quality ingredients, such as seafood, meat, vegetables, olive oil are so great that I can't stop eating till finishing the dish.

The dining experience here is one and only. PASTi serves amazing Taiwanese ingredients cooked in traditional Italian way. I’m always impressed with the quality of the seafood. Silverfish roll stuffed with smoked cheese is a must-try. The Ribeye steak, featuring fresh beef from a local farm, is also recommended.
