Really disappointed. I took my mom here for lunch so she could try a Michelin recognized restaurant while visiting from the states. The wine was insanely overpriced. We looked up some bottles and some could be bought for $15 while costing around $100 or more here. They only offered one type of red or white wine by the glass which wasn’t any good. The scallops were served with grapes and were chewy, which was not good. The pork was really pink, we were concerned it might not be cooked. The service was sub par. Our server did not check on us once and we wanted to order dessert but he never returned. I’m really shocked this restaurant was recognized by Michelin for the quality of their food and service.

전반적으로 맛있었으나 특별히 기억에 남을 정도는 아닙니다. 애스까르고 괜찮았고 안심스테이크는 무난했습니다. 음료는 모두 제품 꺼내줍니다. 매장앞에 4~5대 주차 가능합니다. 명성에 비해서 아쉬웠습니다.

Overall it was delicious, but not particularly memorable. The ascarp was okay and the tenderloin steak was okay. All beverages are provided by the product. There is parking for 4 to 5 cars in front of the store. It was disappointing compared to its reputation.

푸아그라무스를 발라먹는 식전빵(이름이 생각이 안나네요~)이 맛있었어요^^ 분위기는 좋았으나 직원들이 크게 불친절하지도 친절하지도 않았스버다. 가리비관자현미리조또의 가리비가 살짝 오버쿠킹되어 아쉬웠습니다. 집에와서 생각해보니 다시 해달라고 할걸 그랬나 싶기도 했네요. 이베리코 돼지고기는 같이 나오는 소스와 양파절임이 맛있었는데 돼지고기 자체는 좀 질겼던것 같아요~
그 외 달팽이요리와 후식은 맛있게 무난했습니다^^

The aperitif bread with foie gram mousse (I can't remember the name) was delicious. The atmosphere was nice, but the staff wasn't very friendly or unfriendly. I was disappointed that the scallops in the Scallop and Brown Rice Risotto were slightly overcooked. When I got home and thought about it, I probably should have asked to do it again. The sauce and pickled onions that came with the Iberico pork were delicious, but the pork itself was a bit tough.
Other than that, the snail dish and dessert were delicious ^^

예술의 전당 부근에 위치한 프렌치 레스토랑.
미쉐린 1★ 오프레가 문을 닫은 후, 그 자리를 청담동 쏠레이의 김영선 쉐프님이 이어받아 운영하는 곳이고, 다양한 프렌치 요리를 코스가 아닌 단품으로 먹어볼 수 있다는 메리트가 있다.

그 중에서도 히드보(송아지 흉선)가 가장 독특한 메뉴인데, 매우 크리미하고 고소한, 접해보기 힘든 맛이라 먹어볼 만 하다. 호불호는 상당히 갈릴 수 있음.
가리비 관자 리조토도 인상적이었는데, 청포도, 체리 등 과일과 페어링해서 나오고 은근 잘 어울린다.
달팽이 요리인 에스카르고는 소라, 골뱅이 등과 크게 다르진 않지만, 해산물이 아니라 그런지 비린내가 없어서 맛있게 먹었다.

궁금한 메뉴가 몇 개 더 있어서 나중에 재방문하게 될 듯?

After Michelin 1★ Au Pré closed, Chef Kim Young-sun of Soleil in Cheongdam-dong took over the place, and it has the advantage of being able to try a variety of French dishes as a la carte rather than as a course.

Among them, hidbo (calf thymus) is the most unique dish. It is very creamy and savory, and it is worth trying because it has a taste that is difficult to come across. Likes and dislikes can vary considerably.
The scallop and scallop risotto was also impressive, and it came paired with fruits such as green grapes and cherries and went very well together.
Escargot, a snail dish, is not much different from sea conch or whelk, but since it is not seafood, it has no fishy smell and was delicious.

There are a few more menu items I'm curious about, so I think I'll visit again later.

몽블랑이 제일 맛있어요
남자직원분핸드폰이나 계속하고있고 홀 신경도안쓰시네요
에스카르고,몽블랑,오리테린,아브루가 홍합 스파게티,발로나초콜릿무스,레드와인소르베,와인, 음료 주문했습니다.
몽블랑은 닭의 간와 크림을 섞은 요리였는데 너무 너무맛있었어요 눈이 뒤집히는맛이였어요 따뜻한 브리오슈빵에 발라먹었는데 음식 조화가 너무좋고 지금다시생각해도  군침도는요리네요
오리테린은 오리간으로  무난무난하게 먹을만했어요 일반식당에서 접해보기어려운요리라 이곳에서 임팩트있는 요리인것같습니다
에스카르고도 먹을만했어요 기름이 많고 기름맛도강해서 조금 아쉬웠어요
아부루가 홍합스파게티도 그냥 먹을만했어요 못먹을정도는 아니였지만 무슨맛인지도 모르겠더라구요
발로나 초콜릿무스는 맛이 너무좋았어요 입에서퍼지는 초콜릿과 부드러운 케익이 10초컷으로 싹스리해버렸습니다
레드와인 소르베도주문했는데 한참이 지나도 음식이 나오지않아 여쭤보려하는데 남자직원분 홀에서 휴대폰만계속 보시더군요 핸드폰하는거 기다리고 여쭤보니 와인소르베 주문누락이 됐고 식사하다 템포끊어져서 마시던와인마시고 일어나려하는데 와인소르베 서비스로주셨습니다 상큼하고 시원해서 마지막 식사마무리하기에 좋았어요 몽블랑은 계속 생각나는요리네요 배불리 잘먹고갑니다

Mont Blanc is the most delicious
The male employee is constantly on his cell phone and doesn't pay any attention to the hall.
I ordered escargot, Mont Blanc, duck terrine, Abrugga mussel spaghetti, Valrhona chocolate mousse, red wine sorbet, wine, and drinks.
Mont Blanc was a dish mixed with chicken liver and cream, and it was so delicious. It was eye-watering. I ate it on warm brioche bread, and the combination of the food was so good that even thinking about it again, my mouth is watering.
The duck terrine was edible with duck liver. It is a dish that is difficult to find in regular restaurants, so it seems to be an impactful dish here.
The escargot was edible, but it was a little disappointing because it had a lot of oil and the oil taste was strong.
The Aburuga mussel spaghetti was just edible. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't eat it, but I didn't even know what it tasted like.
The Valrhona chocolate mousse was so delicious. The chocolate and soft cake melted in my mouth in just 10 seconds.
I also ordered red wine sorbet, but the food didn't come out after a while, so I tried to ask, but the male staff member kept looking at his phone in the hall. I waited for him to use his phone, and when I asked, I realized that he had missed my wine sorbet order. The tempo was interrupted while eating, so I drank the wine I was drinking and tried to get up, but wine sorbet was served. They served it to me. It was refreshing and cool, so it was good to finish my last meal. Mont Blanc is a dish that I keep thinking about. I ate it to my stomach.
