Absolutely amazing hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed every second staying there. The service was top notch, everyone was kind, polite, professional, and efficient. The room was spacious and luxurious. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable and plush. The facilities including the pool, spa, and gym were incredible. I would absolutely stay there again in a heartbeat.

I had very high expectations for this renowned hotel, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. Despite Four Season’s reputation, this one felt more like a typical, mediocre downtown hotel rather than a luxury experience. The room was nice, but the overall ambiance was far from the lavish atmosphere I had anticipated. Service was efficient, though not exceptional, and the amenities were basic at best. One positive aspect was the breakfast; the variety was impressive, offering a good range of options to start the day. However, for the price, I was expecting far more in terms of both comfort and luxury. Overall, this hotel did not deliver the high-end experience I was hoping for.

Spectacular!
Everything about the hotel was outstanding. From the top down. The hotel manager, Michael Cho, is everything a manager should be, leading by example. Friendly, charming, engaging, affable, accommodating, etc.
What a pleasure to have met him. His supporting staff are equally exceptional. They provide excellent service and kindness.
I cannot say enough nice things about the Four Seasons Seoul Hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This hotel was truly a great experience. The rooms are very nice, the bed was comfortable and I passed out each night easily.
Fun Quest: Let me know if you find where the safe is located!!

The food experience is amazing, the spread for breakfast and dinner are top tier, coffee is good here I mostly had the latte's.
The room cleaning crew are amazing, note, however they like a clean room, so make sure you leave the room neat or else they will move your things around to maintain the clean organized look.

The Four Seasons in Seoul is a magnificent hotel, perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the historic sites and museums that Seoul has to offer. The hotel boasts a wide selection of in-house restaurants, where the service is always attentive and highly professional.

Breakfast offers a vast array of options, accompanied by friendly and accommodating service. The rooms are extremely comfortable, with stunning views of the city. The housekeeping team is exceptionally efficient, keeping the rooms clean and tidy multiple times a day.

The pool and sauna are beautiful, as is the fitness room, providing the perfect space for relaxation and well-being. The reception staff is welcoming and always ready to assist at any moment.
