It’s a typical noodle soup, nothing really special about it. The broth is very thick and you can really taste the beef.

The rice, cilantro and water is self-service.

The cucumber side dish should be complimentary, it’s 3000 won for about 6 pieces of cucumber and some radish. Maybe I’m just not used to paying for  side dishes in Korea.

The place is super clean and well-maintained.

The broth is on the other side and not too beefy but when added with the swan chai/spur vegetable and the spicy chilli oil, it all comes together in a nice blend. The staffs are very polite and rhe place is very clean and orderly. Do come and try and I'm sure you'll not be disappointed. You get free rice to be added on to your noodle soup and that's something different for me.

Biggest disappointment of our 3 weeks in South Korea.

Maybe we made the mistake of ordering the hot pot instead of the noodles, but the confusing menu lead us to believe that the hot pot would be similar to the noodle dishes.

The broth of the pot was mostly like water. The waiter reduced the heat of our pot way too early. When everyone around us still had a hot pot ours was dead cold. Especially for the price of the menu I was expecting a little more attention and care for the food.

Service was lackluster in general. We had to switch tables 3 times for unknown reasons and the upstairs area was way too cold, super bright and generally not comfortable.

Again all of this might have come down to the language barrier, but nowhere else in Korea we had those negative vibes.

If you stick to the ramen like dishes your experience might be much better.

The sides were delicious tho and rescued what would have otherwise been a disastrous dinner experience.

I went here and ordered the beef noodle soup. The side fishes and rice were unlimited refills, i was able to eat until i was full.
The noodle were decent, and i particularly enjoyed the broth. But if you don’t like cilantro, you can remove it from your noodle.
Overall, it was a great experience.

Travel is always great, but delicious food makes it even better. So let's take a break from beautiful places and talk about food.

In Seoul you will find lot of restaurants that are included in Michelin guide or have Michelin stars. It is not difficult to get into them, although sometimes you will have to stand in line or catch off-peak time. Big plus is that most of these places are extremely budget-friendly.

If you are in Seoul, be sure to go to small restaurant WooYukMyeonGwan (by name it is easy to find on Google maps). It is located on banks of Cheonggyecheon Stream. Restaurant has been in Michelin guide since 2021!

Menu is as simple as possible: delicious dumplings with pork and shrimp (and sauce for them), refreshing cucumbers and delicious noodles with beef (2 types)! You can add just the best chili oil to the noodles. You will definitely be given handy guide in English on how to eat noodles properly.

This place is worth your time. Each of the soups is just perfect in every sense of the word. The atmosphere here is very warm and the staff is friendly!
