1인쉐프가 운영하는 작은가게. 적은 인원만 예약을 받고 직접 조리와 서빙을 해줍니다. 계절마다 메뉴가 바뀌는거 같은데 코스구성과 완성도가 좋습니다.

A small shop run by a one-person chef. We only take reservations for a small number of people and cook and serve food ourselves. The menu seems to change with each season, but the course composition and quality are good.

바 형태의 테이블이라 쉐프님과 교감이 있으리라 예상하였으나, 쉐프님은 온 마음과 정신을 다해 음식에 집중하셨습니다. 그 결과 음식 하나하나 감탄스러웠습니다. 계절마다 음식이 바뀐다니 여름시즌을 기다리고 있겠습니다.

Since it was a bar-type table, I expected there would be some interaction with the chef, but the chef focused on the food with all his heart and mind. As a result, each and every dish was impressive. I’m looking forward to the summer season as the food changes with each season.

와이프의 생일을 맞이해서 레땅을 검색하니 마침 2024 봄시즌이 새롭게 시작해서 방문했으며 이번에 미슐랭 셀렉티드에 선정되었다고 하여 더욱더 반가운 마음으로 방문했습니다. 아직 시즌오픈한게 소문나지 않아서인지 아주 프라이빗하게 식사했습니다.
메뉴하나하나 매우 정갈하고 맛있었습니다. 주차는 바로앞 부산국립국악원에 하시거나 부산시민공원주차장에 유료주차가능합니다.
인당가격은 6만5천원으로 하우스와인까지 포함시 1인8만원의 가격이었으나 하나도 아깝지 않은 가격이었고 맛.서비스 모두 좋았습니다. 잘 찍지 못하는 사진이나 메뉴사진도 올려드리니 참고하시기 바랍니다.
꼭 한번 맛보시라고 추천드릴 수 있을 것 같습니다.

I searched for Letang for my wife's birthday, and it happened to be the start of the 2024 spring season. I was even more delighted to hear that it had been selected as Michelin Selected. Perhaps because it hasn't been announced yet that the restaurant is open for the season, we ate very privately.
Each menu item was very neat and delicious. Parking is available at the Busan National Gugak Center right in front, or paid parking is available at the Busan Citizens Park parking lot.
The price per person was 65,000 won, or 80,000 won per person including the house wine, but it was worth every penny, and both the taste and service were good. Please note that we will also upload photos or menu photos that are difficult to take.
I think I can definitely recommend you to try it at least once.

제대로된 진중한 프랑스요리를 저렴하게 들길수있는 곳입니다. 일본츠지와 프랑스에서 요리를 공부한 쉐프의 요리는 어떤것도 실패가 없습니다
