I recently had the pleasure of dining at Shake Shack in the City Center mall, and it was truly a fantastic experience! From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was lively and inviting, with a modern yet cozy vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. A special mention goes out to Loue for the amazing customer service. He was an absolute Rockstar!!

Now, let’s talk about the food! The ShackBurger was perfectly juicy, with just the right balance of flavors. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy and satisfying, and I couldn’t resist adding some cheese sauce on the side—it was the perfect touch!

The portions were generous, and everything was served fresh and hot.

Overall, my experience at Shake Shack was top-notch. Whether you're a first-timer or a loyal fan, it’s definitely a place worth visiting. Can’t wait to come back!

You patronize a brand whenever you feel like you’re most welcome. The restaurant ambiance is so cool and the staff are so accommodating from cashier to reception. The lady named Wimie deliver exceptional customer service and very friendly, she suggested which one would suits our preferences and invite us again to dine and try other products. Overall experience was awesome. Definitely will come back. Kudos to the team.

in the mall on the second floor. amazing food and the red velvet shake was good but had dry pieces at the bottom. you have to order on a screen yourself which is great for people who like to do quick transactions
