**Hotel Experience Review**

The hotel boasts beautiful architecture and stunning rooms, along with impressive facilities that create a wonderful atmosphere. However, my stay was marred by significant issues with the service that need addressing.

1. **Room Cleaning**: On the morning I was heading to breakfast, I called the front desk to request my room be cleaned while I was away. Unfortunately, upon my return, I found that my room had not been touched. This lack of follow-through is concerning.

2. **Item Retrieval**: I accidentally left my bag in my car and requested assistance in retrieving it. It took an hour and a half for them to bring it to me, despite my multiple follow-up calls. Their excuse was that they were busy, which is disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

3. **Non-Functional Amenities**: To add to my frustration, the refrigerator in my room was not working. When I reported this, the response was less than satisfactory.

- Verdict

While the hotel has the potential to be exceptional due to its beautiful setting and amenities, the level of service provided does not meet the expectations of a five-star establishment.

- Recommendation

Given the high prices and the shortcomings in service, I would advise potential guests to consider other options that may offer better value for their money. Thank you for your attention.

My sister and I stayed 2 nights and we would come back any time!
The staff was very friendly, we loved the room, the pools and the breakfast was very delicious!! We really like the design of the Hotel!
Great view of the ocean, city and the Opera is just next door.
Thanks a lot for having us it was amazing!

Great conference room with excellent services! The seating was comfortable, and the ambiance was perfect for a productive meeting. The free WiFi had strong connectivity, making it easy to stay connected. Lighting was bright but not overwhelming, creating a professional and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend for business events!

I just stayed at the W Muscat for 6 nights and enjoyed the hotel and staff immensely. Everything is top notch at this lovely hotel. Room was perfect, Wonderful Sea View room, breakfasts were varied, fresh, and delicious. The dining staff were so nice, they really went out of their way to please. And the pool staff were terrific too, was out there every day, just beautiful! Can't wait to go back and stay again! Thank you all for making my stay so wonderful!

Had the most special and amazing stay at the W! Was made extra special and personal due to the amazing Rhiannon who went the extra mile to make our stay the best it could be!! The fun yet chill vibe of the hotel really made staying there the best and all members of staff were lovely. Emmanuel at the pool was so welcoming and was lovely to chat to as well! Thank you so much and cannot wait to return!
