We really enjoyed our first hotel in Tokyo. Our check in time was at 3pm, but we arrived earlier and were extremely jetlagged. Luckily, the lobby was very big with comfortable sofas (you were allowed to sleep there) and good quality, free drinks and coffee. The room was spacious and clean, with all toiletries you need included. The view was beautiful, especially during the night to see the iconic Tokyo view. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of selection and amazing Japanese food. The staff were extremely friendly. We really recommend staying here!

Understand; This hotel opened 25 years ago and is now in its 2nd phase of life: from business guests to mainly tourists, as rooms are on the small side for today's standards, and show wear&tear.
You can book an artist room (I like and recommend them), but the room still remains tiny. Views are spectacular, though, and you have the usual high service standards for Japan. That said, if you can get a good price and don't mind a tiny room, go, the location is ideal. If prices are high, you are better off booking a more recently built hotel - there are plenty! Especially if it's your first trip to Tokyo/Japan, I recommend you doing so.

I stayed one night with my 2 kids (Primary school).
The room is clean and quiet. We requested a Tokyo Tower view, and it really happened! We also requested an early check in, and it happened, too!

The hotel staff's service is superb. They are helpful and really explain to you till you understand.

We had lunch at the hotel restaurant. The variety of the menu is limited, I think around 5 or 6 choices. The price range is between 1800yen to 3000yen.

The location is kind of understanding. The hotel is located in office area, so it is near tube station, but can't find a place to shop nearby.

Overall, coz I was with 2 growing kids, and they got hungry in the late night. Hotel room service closes at 10pm. There is no McDonald nearby. The nearest convenience store, you need to walk for 5-10 mins. If you are staying alone or with adults, this hotel is a great place to stay, but not really convenience to stay with kids.

I will surely go back alone!

Hotel location was great, really close to two train stations just a few minutes walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and the rooms were nice with good views. Only complaints I had was carpet looked really worn and my steps creaked in a place or two. Plus my room had a funky smell and I wasn't sure if it was coming from walls cause of the paint from the art or from carpet.

The room itself was quite small ( queen deluxe) although the bed was very comfortable, and offered a good view. The room had a funky smell we thought it was coming from the bathroom, was a bit gross but we got used to it. 7 nights.
Breakfast was a bit boring after the 5 we had there,  would have liked more pastries or cereal and a variety of hot food would reflect the price. An extra toaster would have been great quite a que for the toast.

Staff were very polite.
Amazing location for  our trip.
Would probably try somewhere else next time but in a similar location
