I think the best experience are found serendipitously...and if you found this review this is your chance to come try an unique tasting experience.

Their unique mix of spirits and tea is a must try. It makes liquor paletable for people whom are a bit alcohol shy and enhances the experience for those whom love a great drink. The most standout part of the drinks is definitely the aromas. Very rarely can you both enjoy the taste and the smell of your cocktails.

The experience was so good that we came back to back nights :). I definitely will come back anytime we are back in Ginza.

FYI: the can get busy, so making a reservation is recommended. We did get lucky with getting seating near the end of their shift.

Located on 13F of the Ginza 6 building, which can be accessed from the south lifts. This bar offers a unique experience, with its focus on tea based cocktails. The drinks are creative and delicious, and the service was friendly. The vibe is high class without being pretentious. We were lucky to get seats as a walk-in, bookings recommended.

I love tea and I love cocktails - Mixology combines the two incredibly well in a beautiful, intimate setting where you can see how everything is made. For me, the hot matcha cocktail and sencha gin tonic are the highlight as the pure tea flavours shine. I will be coming back to Mixology every time I am in Japan.

The staff spoke multiple languages and were very respectful of dietary and allergy needs. There are mocktails available for those who want to enjoy the experience but can't drink alcohol.

I recommend a seat at the counter, and booking in advance (though it's not necessary) so you get a good spot.

A great combination of tea and cocktails. For me, it was a truly unique experience. Not gunna lie, the cocktails are pretty expensive, but again, it was worth it. The best cocktail out of the three that I tried was the monthly feature of the "vintage oolong teatail" - the combination of the oolong tea and Pedro Ximenes was very tasty and loved the tannic notes from the oolong. I'll try to attempt to make it back home!

A very small place, around 10 spots so it is a very intimate experience. Atmosphere and vibes were great, loved the aesthetic they had going.

Note that at the time they had a 800 yen per person cover charge. It came with a small snack as shown in the picture with banana bread and some savoury crackers.

The drinks were not bad, it was our first time trying tea infused cocktails. Of the 4 drinks we got, 1 of them were of my liking. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures of the other drinks.
