We had the pleasure of staying at the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo during our vacation in Japan, and it was truly an exceptional experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted at every turn. The General Manager made regular appearances in the club lounge, personally checking in with guests and ensuring everything was running smoothly—a thoughtful and impressive touch that clearly reflects why this hotel operates at such a high standard.

The club level was nothing short of spectacular. With breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji and live music every evening, it created a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The food and service in the lounge were equally outstanding, adding to the overall sense of indulgence.

Our room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views of Tokyo from the 53rd floor. The attention to detail in both design and amenities made it a perfect retreat after exploring the city.

The hotel also arranged private tours for us, and the guides and drivers they selected made our time in Tokyo truly special, offering unique insights and seamless experiences.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a fantastic view.

Outdated rooms and in need of renovation. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were readily available.

The location is great, conveniently connected and just a short walk from the station.

The service was outstanding, with thoughtful personal touches and exceptional effort from the staff. I truly appreciated the warm and attentive hospitality!

Luxury Hotel with very good services and cooperative staffs.

Have a chance to stay here for few days with my group customers.
Hotel very supportive for any request for my group and quick respond as well.
Baggage up and Baggage Down as well as Transportation request is done well without any mistake.

Hotel room also very comfortable and well prepared.
Ice Bucket is filled in room for your drink before night.

Breakfast also good and delicious.

Location in Roppongi, connect to Midtown building for a bit of shopping and chilling at coffee shop.

First time visiting Japan & couldn’t have had a better start to our trip at the RC Tokyo. We were greeted with comfort & friendly hospitality with each staff member we encountered. The rooms are quite spacious with any amenity you could want/need. We had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji to boot. The onsite amenities were great as well with delicious food options both in the lobby area & below in Tokyo Midtown. A special shoutout to Andreas in the Towers breakfast restaurant. He was warm, friendly and accommodating to our two toddlers. Each morning he greeted us with a smile, conversation & recommendations for our day based on where we planned our itinerary.

Would highly recommend this property based on the accommodations, service & location.

I stayed 4 nights in this stunning, active hotel, and I couldn’t get enough. There’s a great gym and a fun bar and lounge with live entertainment.  The view from the room is spectacular, and I sat looking out onto the city for hours.  Underneath the hotel is a shopping center with the best food court ever and a grocery store.  I ate at the food court when I just didn’t feel like going through the whole dinner reservation or waiting in line hassle. The train station is also connected to the shopping center.  And it’s all ingeniously connected. I could live here, actually, and be very happy. There are so many awesome hotels in Tokyo. But this view is tough to beat.
