写真には伝わらないぐらい料理全てが美しいです。美しいだけではなくどれを食べても感動する味です！
いつも記念日に行っていますが、またランチなどもいったみたいなとおもってます。

All the dishes are so beautiful that you can't even see them in the photos. Not only are they beautiful, but they taste amazing no matter what you eat!
I always go there on anniversaries, and I think I'll go there again for lunch.

カウンターのお席でランチ頂きました。２月に行ったので節分を意識した器に薄味で、素材の味を堪能できました。目でも舌でも楽しめます。オーナーも喋りやすく、楽しく食事出来て良かったです

I had lunch at a seat at the counter. Since I went in February, I was able to enjoy the flavor of the ingredients in a setsubun-themed bowl with light flavors. You can enjoy it with both your eyes and your tongue. The owner was easy to talk to and I'm glad we had a fun meal.

アクセスはJR玉造駅から徒歩1分。
日本料理 寺田は2017年に獲得して以来、ミシュランの星が外れてないそうで。快適度の評価も☆2付いてるんです。

お出汁しっかりながら味自体もしっかりで、お酒も進んじゃいます。

おいしいお料理に加え、日本料理 寺田の魅力は「気持ちのいい気配り」。
大将はまだ30代だそうで見た目はお兄ちゃんなのですが、このお歳から考えると驚くほど気配り上手。

入ってすぐ、お会計後の声掛け、お見送りはもちろん、食事の合間もいい距離感で話しかけてくださいました。

素晴らしいお料理に、気持ちのいい気配り、洗練された店内。
非の打ちどころありません。

急なランチ予約でしたが、満席で諦めかけていましたが、空き席の電話連絡を頂き来店出来ました。ありがとうございました。
季節毎の懐石料理を楽しみにしています。今回は松茸を頂くことが出来ました。🍁
