Just an unforgettable culinary experience. Each dish was masterfully and carefully created to deliver the most delicate, yet memorable morsels of food. Both chefs took time to explain what each dish was and created a calm and relaxed atmosphere despite language barriers.

I was genuinely surprised by the number of dishes we were served, I did order two more before leaving.

I thank them for this experience and look forward to visiting again the next time I’m in Osaka.

We had an omakase here on our second night in Osaka. The chef and hostess were very friendly and the atmosphere seemed elegant and welcoming.

Overall very good experience. However I cannot quite place the rice. It feels that it doesn't have enough vinegar. Could be personal preference. However something I never had before. Bbq sujiko. This is awesome til I ordered 2 portions!

The atmosphere and service set by Amano made for a very enjoyable night.  This was accentuated through the chef's amazing craftsmanship in making each dish a delicious experience in its own.

Thank you to Yoshihiro, Yuuta and Ayako for an amazing experience, we will be back.

This was a phenomenal experience.  Chef Amano created an unforgettable experience for us to partake.

The freshness of the ingredients brought a very satisfying grin with eat bite.

The taste from each serving was subtle yet enhanced to bring out the ingredients natural flavours.

Everything was awesome sauce!  If I had to choose my favourites for the evening, it would be the Toro and Sea Urchin.  Both melted into a delightfully sinful shameless mouth hole sensation.  The sake pairing was chrisp, fresh and complementary to the meal.  Do it!

Chef Amano's skills are impressive and mesmerising to watch.  If you're after a treat, this place will not be a disappointment.  Our thanks to Chef Amano and the team for a wonderful experience.

Would I come back?  The next trip to Japan is already being planned.
