Probably the best ramen I had in Osaka, the broth was truly perfect and carried the dish. The pork was average, a little dry on the inside. The egg was perfect. The noodles were some of the best I’ve had in Osaka. I also had a bowl of their bbq pork & rice, it had some nice grilling to it and the flavour came through well but other than that it was forgettable. Prices and service was outstanding.

Enter via a big shopping building, it’s on the -2nd floor (BF2). Or straight from the subway. I came here from the Michelin guide and wasn’t disappointed. Although I honestly cannot tell if this ramen is any special. The noodles were indeed high quality with a crunchy texture. Staff were very nice!

Deserving to be a michelin gourmand ramen. The duck special was perfect. The ingredients like the herbs and peppers subtly imparted its flavors in the dashi broth. Their noodles were chewy and lovely.

Their rooibos tea was superb to cool down during a hot day.
For foreigners, go to the ticket machine on the right when entering. After your selection, enter the money and hit the bottom at the top of the selection list. Hit the button again for your change.
After sitting down, the staff will bring you the tea and take your ticket.

Environment and the service is good
However it seems the noodles a little bit uncooked. I tried so hard to empty this ramen but the noodles were too hard. A little bit disappointed, but I can feel if the noodles were cooked well, it would be a great meal . Maybe next time I’ll try again

Really nice flavor with bonito based soup. Get round noodles like locals. Get there before  noon to avoid the lines.
