Kvällsramen i Kyoto. Jag tog en shoyu med extra sojabas, buljongen va lite mesig och kunde inte stå upp mot kraftiga sojabasen. Alina tog en carbonara-ramen, mer för att de skulle va kul att testa. Och hur märkligt det än låter så var det sjukt gott haha! Tänk er buljong, ägg/mjölkblandning, långbakad grissida, sojamarinerad äggula, massa svartpeppar, ost och tuggiga tjocka nudlar, galet men gott! Oavsett hade både clean smaker och jag hade kunnat äta båda skålar massa fler gånger, men inte så kraftig sojabas
