Sincere thanks to Estate GM Greg and his dedicated team of Artisans. Superb service the moment you step off the ferry upon arrival. Greg and his team would personally greet you and family when the car arrives at the estate. What differentiates this place is the warmth and hospitality from the heart. You can tell they try to anticipate each guest’s needs. There was a big family here and they took the time to arrange couch setting for the family during sunset hour without being prompted. 100pct will be back again. Kudos to the team! Highly recommended , certainly one of the best resorts in this region and kids friendly.

One of Asia’s great hotels. From the moment you get off the ferry, you are taken to the private Sanchaya lounge where all your immigration is handled privately. Then a five minute private car ride to the hotel. The hotel is spectacular. The pool is beautiful as is the beach. We stayed in a suite which had a huge balcony with sea views. The bar and restaurant are beautiful spaces and the food is first class. The staff were some of the nicest and most helpful we have ever experienced at a hotel. It was a 36 hour visit, but we leave feeling completely refreshed and excited to return!

It would take an eternity if I start to list everything good about this place. Incredible staff, incredible location, incredible food, incredible service, incredible everything.

From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make us feel not just at home, but also very much loved. I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is. And they handle everything, from beginning to end.

Everything is done with utmost sincerity and with a big smile. Me and my wife have decided to make this our “special place” and to comeback every year from now until when we are too old to travel.

Impeccable in every way!

My wife and I celebrated a milestone birthday at Sanchaya with 12 of our closest friends, and it exceeded every expectation. The service, attention to detail, food, and drinks were simply outstanding.

The property itself is breathtaking—a stunning beachside retreat with multiple idyllic spots to relax, including a padel court. The immigration service in their private lounge made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

We stayed in both the Vanda Villa and Leelawadee, which I believe are two of the best accommodations at Sanchaya. The villas epitomize understated luxury and provide a level of comfort that is unmatched.

A lot of the credit goes to Greg, the General Manager, who has cultivated a team dedicated to delivering perfection. Special thanks to Nawa, Septi, Fadil, Ron, and all the staff for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their flexibility was remarkable, such as preemptively accommodating our request for a late check-out since no guests were arriving immediately after.

Having stayed at 30+ luxury properties around the world, I can confidently say that it’s the attention to detail that sets Sanchaya apart and puts it high up on my list. One example: when one of our friends had to return home unexpectedly to care for her child, the staff managed to secure her a spot on a fully-booked ferry—a small but impactful gesture that speaks volumes about their commitment. Another example was Fadil, who helped with event arrangements up until 2AM but suprisingly still showed up to our Padel game at 7:30AM to ensure we had towels and water.

The breakfast was divine, the decor tastefully curated, and the ambiance serene. It’s incredible to experience this level of elevated luxury so close to Singapore.

This trip has left us with memories to cherish for a lifetime. We will undoubtedly return to Sanchaya—it was truly an unforgettable experience.

The Sanchaya is truly one of the most breathtaking hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The property feels like a dream, with its immaculate white-sand beach and beautifully curated décor. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the chef took exceptional care in catering to our every request, ensuring the experience was nothing short of perfect. I cannot recommend this paradise enough.
