A beautiful dining experience! One of my favourite fine dining experiences, ever. The local ingredients were created into unique dishes. I loved the “behind the scenes” tour. We took the non-alcoholic pairing and loved it. Everything is gluten free and dairy free - incredible!

The space is so beautiful and I loved the art everywhere. Tip: come at 6pm to enjoy the sunset at the bar!

If there was 10 out of 10 rating I would give it! This is simply one of the best dining experiences in Indonesia! The 20 courses are spread over a 3 plus hour dinner that takes you around the beautifully decorated and designed restaurant…..where every dish has a story and is full of delicious flavours!! Book well in advance and just sit back and relax on the gourmet journey!! Price wise it’s US$100 plus drinks, but it’s actually good value!! Enjoy

One of the best fine dining experiences I have had. The menu is a spectacular journey around Indonesia. The team here are really pushing the boundaries of fine dining and zero-waste cooking. The focus on local ingredients is a wonderful concept that is executed at a world-class level.

I stayed overnight in the Wood Rooms, had breakfast and took the tour. I strongly recommend this experience.

This is a dining experience, and worth making a huge detour for, or an entire trip out of.

To do local farm to table is tough. To do so in Bali is a challenge to say the least, and would’ve required a lot of homework, tasting and experimenting.

Food: the courses were very well thought out and very well composed. Some were about the purity of the ingredients. Others were about the layers of flavors. And some were exercises in creativity, replacing traditional ingredients with locally sourced and processed (eg fermented) ingredients.

Service: enormous staff, who were attentive and warm

The unsung hero of this place is the architecture and interior design. This place is truly beautiful, if you take full advantage of the tours and ample time between courses. Just let your eyes feast.

I had high expectations, and this place exceeded it. Bravo.

One the best in terms of experience,  sustainability, and taste! The testing menu will definitely surprise you 😋 I really love their restaurant and the way they do business , and I was curious to stay at their hotel. Very cozy and well thought rooms, all snacks in the are free. If you book the hotel, stay with them you get to see behind the scenes, which was very informative and interesting. Definitely recommend that if you are looking not on usual dining experience, it's more as Michelin type of experience.
