One of the best stays we ever had! Four Seasons at Sayan is a gem. So serene and peaceful. So much greenery all around. I wish we could have stayed a little more here! My son was so happy in Pici Pici Club. The teachers were so humble and attentive. I loved taking walks here especially in the rice field. Lotus Pond is one of a kind. The staff is awesome. We had the opportunity to see Balinese Dance. The girls were amazing and so were the guys playing the instruments. They recently opened The Sacred Spa which had many options of massages and spa services. The views are beautiful!

Magnificent hotel in Ubud, in the heart of the Balinese jungle. The surroundings are extremely beautiful, very spacious and open to nature. The hotel staff are extremely attentive and hospitable. They really looked after us throughout our stay. The rooms are very comfortable and most have a private swimming pool and an incredible view of the jungle and river below. The Indonesian restaurant is delicious and the service great. All the people who work there speak impeccable English and there are no comprehension problems. All the attention is focused on the customer to ensure they have an unforgettable time. Without doubt the most beautiful hotel in Ubud and one of the most prestigious on the island. I hope to return to this magical place one day.

Overall, the rooms are well-appointed and spacious, the gym and spa are outstanding with three infinity pools set to different temperatures, and the staff was wonderful. Four Seasons hotels always have the best service, and this one is no exception. We were consistently impressed by their attention to detail and all the small thoughtful gestures. Breakfast is good, nothing memorable. The suites are designed with a very private layout, with the illusion of having no adjacent neighbors and a panoramic view of uncharted jungle. You really feel disconnected which I guess is the point, but sometimes when we needed something quickly it took a long time. The buggy took a while to arrive to our suite so we walked most of the time. The rooms are luxurious but feel a bit dated, especially when compared to other Four Seasons hotels in Asia like Seoul and Tokyo.

Staying at Four Seasons Sayan has been a dream of us for so long, especially knowing that the Obama family stayed here during their Bali trip. This place is like no other—so heritage, deeply cultural, and incredibly warm

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms by the amazing Four Seasons team. The check-in was such a unique experience—sitting in the restaurant, sipping on a fresh welcome drink 🍹, and listening to the soothing sounds of gamelan 🎶

Our room was a private oasis, right by the river. The design was flawless—so comfy, peaceful, and luxurious. We had our own private pool, and the sound of the river flowing nearby was pure bliss.

Every detail was thought out perfectly, even down to the incense in the bathroom—it smelled so good that I had to ask what it was! 🌸

Breakfast was another highlight—everything was fresh, healthy, and absolutely delicious 😋

In the afternoons, we wandered around the stunning grounds, taking in the lush greenery, discovering beautiful spots for yoga 🧘‍♀️, and checking out the serene massage pavilions. It was the most peaceful and relaxing environment we’ve ever experienced🌿

Four Seasons Sayan isn’t just a hotel; it’s an experience that touches your soul. We can’t wait to return 🙏🏻

Came here for breakfast. Great view and location. The food is well presented by average in taste. Service is out of this world. This is really what sets four seasons above every other hotel brand. The staff makes you feel at home at any moment.
