We had Nagarjuna special veg Andhra meal. This is non sharing meals mean it’s only for one people. The service was very good. Whenever we asked for extra rice or any curries they were happily giving us with lots of Ghee on the top.

I visited with my family as we are Bengali and we wanted to experience some South Indian cuisine. My family liked a lot.

Visited in August ‘24.

The food here is excellent. With the cuisine being authentic Andhra style. Food is served on a banana leaf, adding to the feel of authenticity and nativity. Meals are unlimited, with a healthy serving of ghee. The taste of the food is very good, with it feeling very homely and non-processed.

However, the service is a bit subpar due to the sheer crowd in the restaurant. Food is almost always delayed.

Overall, a very good restaurant serving delicious meals. Would recommend.

A must go to place for authentic Andra dining experience.. being a vegetarian, we opted for the best vegetarian option.. bhojanam.. or thali.. food is wholesome, taste takes you back in time and quantity is unlimited.. Pros :  excellent food, Heard non veg is also good 👍, location is also good with valet parking, queue moves fast. Cons : lot of waiting but managed well, service needs to be improved as you have to look for and ask for refills .. , need to work on cleanliness as well.. maybe we just went on a rush day... That's why..

I would say this place is really worth the hype if you need a short crisp conclusion.

Being a north indian I was always disappointed with the chicken biryani that is served in a lot of restaurants in Bangalore even at my workplace. It is always too spicy to the fact it overpowers any other flavours of the biryani. I just isn't what we are used to in the north.

After watching some videos about Nagarjuna's biryani, I thought let's give it a try. And to my surprise it exceeded my expectations. When it was served, I was blown away by the fragrance itself. It reminded me of the biryani my grandfather cooks back at home with his own spice mix and home made masalas.
The taste was just as flavorful and delicious. The spice level was mild so you could feel the flavour of all the other spices and the chicken was cooked to perfection with the rice itself and not fried separately.

I am delighted that I finally found a biryani place in Bangalore that suits my palate and will visit Nagarjuna restaurant more often.

The starter I ordered "chicken Nagarjuna roast" was equally good, but the biryani takes the cake this time.

The ambience of the restaurant is also very good. It is very clean and hygienic. Hospitality is equally good.

Recently visited here. We had Chicken Biryani, Guntur Chicken and rasam. They serve the food on banana leaves which gives us some real good vibes while dining. Guntur chicken was spicy and was good in taste. Though the chicken piece in the chicken Biryani had no masala, the taste was still good and I liked it.
