I bought the small combo and topped it up with a stick of sausages. Price is reasonable. While the texture is chewy and good, I personally thought it would have tasted much better if it was served as a hot dish instead of a cold dish. Service is quite fast and good. They will even ask you if you would like to include some mustard like sauce.

Michelin Guide up to 2021
Infamous octopus skewer,

- Cold skewer with sauce and mustard, but unpleasingly surprised by how strong the mustard is, I believe this is more wasabi than mustard. But still, octopus is chewy and delicious! 9/10
- pork ear is a bit tough, but also perfectly chewy and well seasoned! 9/10
- price HKD 55 for 3 skewer and 1 pork ear.
Quite affordable for HK street food.

Overall 9/10, the only downside is the shopkeeper barely smile or greet, make it less fun experience overall.

Completely mediocre. The meat has little flavour and the sauce is not special. Conspicuously their Michelin awards only go up to 2021.

Fat Boy delivers! I don't have words to describe the excellence of these skewers. The flavor and textures of the squid, gizzard and most especially the liver is beyond expectation. These are marinated and cooked but served cold, with more sticky soy and mustard. I'd order more if we weren't en route to a nearby bakery. This is probably the best stretch food I've ever had that isn't beef.

Had high expectations coming here given Michelin Guide and recommended by our close friends. Ordered the big combo and skewers were cold and woman in front had an attitude... didn't know I ordered a big attitude with a side of combo. Anyways, the food was just not good and was quite pricy and again, COLD. The sauce they put on the big combo too was overpowering and all I tasted was cold tasteless skewers with just the sauces. Safe to say I will not be returning here.
