As we settled into our table at the elegant fine dining restaurant, the ambiance was warm and inviting, adorned with soft lighting . The menu featured a range of dishes.

Overall, the meal was enjoyable and presented with care, but it didn't quite deliver the excitement or innovation that one might hope for on such a special occasion.

My comments are commensurate with Epure having a one star status. While the meal was enjoyable the standard has room for improvement. Unfortunately we found bread not fresh and the chilli butter too overpowering. Three courses felt little repetitive in both presentation and taste, with the green dill oil used in the same floating way and the pallet for all the courses being sweet and sour. We had looked forward to more variation between courses. The pace of the service was a little rushed at the beginning, with my plate being whipped away within seconds, and then we had an extremely long pause before the main. The crockery were a little tired in places. Please do remember to clean the glasses and replace them as and when, see the photo!

The design of every dish was well thought out! Texture of each dish was well-balanced, though the flavour of some dishes were a little rich. But overall great experience!

Excellent experience at Epure! The food was outstanding - I had the chicken dish, and it was cooked to perfection. The presentation by the staff was also very good.

What really impressed me, though, was the staff's attentiveness and care. My wife is pregnant, and although I didn't mention it, the staff noticed and proactively offered her a pillow to help her sit comfortably. They also provided an alternative drink and food menu tailored to her needs. This level of thoughtfulness and service is truly rare.

The overall ambiance and vibes of the place were very comfortable as well. We had a wonderful dining experience at Epure and would highly recommend it to others. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere makes this a top-notch restaurant in my book."

Came to Hong Kong for a little vacation and wanted to eat at as many Michelin starred restaurants as I could do made a reservation here for lunch.

It's located in the Harbour City Mall and pretty easy to find. It wasn't particularly crowded when I went on a Tuesday.

I started with a martini that was well created and ordered the dégustation lunch menu. The meal started with freshly baked bread and a cheesy croissant along with the amuse bouche - a take on french onion soup. A very tasty start.

Next was the foie gras with sour cherry and brioche, followed by scallop in marinière sauce. Both dishes were excellent.

The main course was the chicken with sauce suprême which was also very good. Dessert was an Earl Grey souffle with vanilla ice cream and a lemon madeleine.

All the food was exceptional. The portion sizes were a little on the small side but I was decently full by the end. Service was excellent. The staff explained each dish and were quick to refill my drink.

There's a large patio with nice views if the weather is nice. The website says they only do the dinner tasting menu for two or more people but they said they will do it for one person as well in case you're traveling solo.
