A really fantastic & unique French dinning place in HK. All of the food’re in high quality & with excellent culinary skills. Staff’re really nice & sincere. The vibe if the restaurant is really great ! A must go place if you wanna to have French gourmet with beloved ones in HK.

We came here for lunch, lunch menu price is acceptable

Food was good, within expectation, it’s what you can expect from a French Michelin chef

I love the elegant and classy design there, we had the rose quartz table, very nice view

Only cons is you cannot take your own cake there

We did Voyage 8 courses dinner Menu , added 2 portion of Tuscany White Truffle, I brought Ducru Beaucaillou 1986 to consume here and get 1 for 1  when I buy another champagne here , I had a dessert at another table , love the non boundaries between the guest areas and the kitchen that so impressive, there are still very clean and no smell from the kitchen at all ,  The staffs here are very Attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism , I love for overall

The restaurant was absolutely stunning. The 8-course tasting menu was excellent, showcasing the works of chef Anne-Sophie Pic.

The beautiful Baccarat crystals added a touch of elegance to the table setting, enhancing the overall sophistication of the restaurant.

My favorite dish were the Challans duck marinated with eucalyptus and coffee butternut squash and the Le Millefeuille blanc Tahitian vanilla, jasmine jelly.

The attentive staff ensured that every need was met. The combination of outstanding cuisine, exceptional service, and a beautiful interior made dining at Cristal Room a truly unforgettable experience in Hong Kong.

Prefer to come for lunch to see the stunning, classy and elegant designs. And the food is great!
Especially love the millefeuille and the non-alcoholic pairings.
