Lovely lunch experience worthy of the one Michelin star awarded to Petrus.

The appetizers stood out: foie gras and carabinero prawn were outstanding and perfectly executed. The carabinero prawn is amazing and worth its price. The terrine was not our thing.
We tried all 4 main courses: the tenderloin, turbot fish, boullerbaise with monkfish & tiny mussels and lobster. The turbot fish was the surprise and most delightful. Desserts were also good. We had the souffle with pistachio ice cream, apple tartin and chocolate tarte.

And true to our tagline: good service makes good food even better. Kudos to the service team for making our 2.5 hour lunch a deligntful experience. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

The presentation was truly impressive. Each dish was creatively plated, complemented by elegant tableware. Petrus exceeded expectations in this aspect.

Despite initial skepticism, the flavors were delightful. Standouts included the perfectly cooked medium rare steak and a dessert that served as a refreshing palate cleanser after the savory mains.
3.	Customer Service: 5/5
The attentive staff added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. They engaged in pleasant conversations and  offered to capture memorable moments with photos.
4.	Comfort: 5/5
Petrus excelled in creating a comfortable dining environment. Unlike dimly lit fine dining establishments, the well-balanced lighting and captivating harbor view provided a serene ambiance. The thoughtfully spaced tables allowed for a tranquil dining experience.
5.	Value for Money: 4/5
Considering the quality of the experience, Petrus offers good value, particularly for special occasions. Whether it’s a romantic date night or a leisurely catch-up with a friend, the restaurant sets the perfect mood.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Restaurant Petrus at Shangri-La Island, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a leisurely morning
The menu offered a delightful variety of breakfast options, catering to all tastes. I opted for the classic eggs Benedict, and it was executed to perfection. The poached eggs were beautifully runny, resting on perfectly toasted English muffins, all drizzled with a rich hollandaise sauce that was both creamy and flavorful.

The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that my coffee cup was never empty and that I had everything I needed. The attention to detail was evident, from the beautifully arranged plates to the thoughtful suggestions from the staff.

went here for a birthday lunch on the weekend. i ordered a four courses (2 starters, 1 main and 1 dessert) ($888+10%).

my favourite dish would be their foie gras, generous portions and well balanced with dekapon! deer tortellini and beef sirloin are up to standard.

desserts are also amazing, love the banana and caramel one! got a hazelnut cake as a birthday treat on the house, it was a lovely dining experience.

Service was excellent.

The harbour view was fantastic.

The food was soso , some dishes were not hot enough (the plate didn’t keep warm). The taste was average. It’s difficult to recall any particular course.
