The food and service at Forum Restaurant are excellent, and the ambiance is refined, making it a great spot for special occasions. However, I personally feel that the pricing is slightly higher compared to some other places offering similar quality dishes. While the experience was enjoyable overall, I believe there are other options that provide better value for money. That said, if you’re looking for a premium dining experience, Forum Restaurant does deliver.

Food was very good. But the service and timing of the dishes was subpar. Table is that set after us consistently got serviced first, including dishes ordering, etc. After we got our check, our final dish arrived.

Always a great meal at this three Michelin starred Chinese restaurant conveniently located in causeway bay. Appreciate how reasonably priced and easy to book it is for a well known restaurant like this.

I consider it to be one of the best spots to eat with family given the spacious, cozy, clean environment and absolutely delicious food along with good, personable service.

First time trying the 炸子雞 (crispy fried chicken) here and yes, of course the chicken is good, but the chips are absolutely mind blowing!! It doesn’t taste too fried or “yeethey” but sooo crunchy & flavorful.

The experience at this Chinese restaurant was, without a doubt, the most disappointing I've ever had. From the moment we entered, it was obvious that customer service was not a priority. We were left to manage on our own, pouring our own tea without a single offer for refills during the entire meal.

To make things worse, all of our dishes were brought out at the same time, which caused the food to cool down far too quickly. The servers were almost completely silent, barely speaking as they placed the plates on the table. What made the situation even more aggravating was when Server Lee Man Kit attempted to speak with us in a poor attempt at Mandarin, despite our efforts to communicate in Cantonese.

The food itself was underwhelming, with no memorable flavors or creativity to speak of. The fact that this restaurant holds a Michelin 3-star rating is baffling—it is grossly overrated and undeserving of such recognition. In summary, I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment if you’re looking for an enjoyable dining experience.

Hong Kong does dim sum just that bit better than back home. The beef tripe is heavenly. Best I've ever had. The cheong fun with beef was accented with preserved vegetables, giving it a lift. Classic dim sum executed well and with a unique twist.
