這間店已經經營三十幾年了，目前傳到第三代手裡，最早是從推車的小販做起，像現在廣州仍隨處可見的牛雜小推車一樣，但是祖傳的秘方確實與一般的牛雜不一樣，這原本是回族人的傳統小吃，歷史悠久，在明朝時候就已經很流行了，而現在廣州堪稱牛雜大本營，到處都有人賣啊！

店面略顯簡陋，門口擺的摺疊桌與塑膠椅看起來很一般，進門左邊是收銀台，看似老闆的中年男子坐在哪裡，先付錢拿票。右邊則是廚房，放著各式各樣的調味料。

牛羊雜湯不貴12元RBM，與我常吃的牛羊雜湯不同，放了很多的韭菜，湯頭很香濃，還有為烈的胡椒味，剛好中和了內臟一定有的輕微腥羶，裡面的蘿蔔，超入味的，很軟嫩，讚啊！這牛羊雜，口感軟滑，有一點嚼勁，一湯下肚，整個人都暖了起來，如果是冬天來吃，滋味肯定更棒，廣州的夏天太熱了。

Now Guangzhou is called the base camp of beef offal, and people sell it everywhere!

The store is a bit shabby. The folding table and plastic chairs at the entrance look ordinary. On the left side of the door is the cashier, where a middle-aged man who looks like the boss is sitting, paying first and getting tickets. On the right is the kitchen, where a variety of condiments are placed.

The beef and mutton soup is not expensive at 12 yuan RBM. It is different from the beef and mutton soup I often eat. It contains a lot of leeks and the soup is very fragrant and has a strong peppery taste, which just neutralizes the slight fishy smell of the internal organs. , the radish inside is super tasty, very soft and tender, great! This beef and mutton offal has a soft texture and a bit of chewiness. Once you eat it, your whole body will be warmed up. If you eat it in winter, the taste will definitely be better. The summer in Guangzhou is too hot.
