Kudos to Beiyuen restaurant for truly earning its recomadation! This restaurant is a shining example of elegance, with table settings that exude refinement, complete with exquisite linen tablecloths, and decor that perfectly complements the architectural style of Cantonese Langnan cuisine, inspiring a truly exceptional dining experience.
We ordered 3 items, and the braised beef shank served in a hotpot is a masterclass in culinary skill, transforming a tough cut of meat into a tender and flavorful delight, complemented by expertly chosen ingredients that elevate the dish to new heights. The small wedges of red dates add a touch of sweetness, while the tiger lily stem, crispy cloud ears, black mushroom, and oil-blanched garlic create a symphony of flavors that will leave your palate singing.
The Lobak cake and deep fried wonton with sweet and sour dipping is to good standard.  One minor disappointment  with the sweet and sour dippings,  restaurants of this ranking should never use imitation crab legs in a dish, is better off not to use the flake stuff if it  affects the costing of the dish.

One of the best dim sum in town, the atmosphere is good, you may have to wait for table for a while but it is worth it.

Excellent food, dim sum is of great quality. Staff are helpful and attentive. The outside pond with fish adds to the tranquil atmosphere. Look out for Kung Fu Panda on one of the rooftop!

The hotel atmosphere downstairs I'd especially great, greenery, a little lake, koi, lanterns. The seats and in restaurant ambience is hectic and crowded. Food though is really great. Cantonese cuisine, with every kind of dimdum we eat in americas, and then some. The sweet custard bun, the green roll with almond flakes, and seaseme balls were especially great. We recommend going. Service is not attentive, but perhaps to be expected at a restaurant this famous and not caring so much about staff.

Very excellent restaurant. Old opened in 1924. Open everyday from 11:00 - 14:30 and 17:00 -21:30  Nice view inside. very crowd not sure open for reserve table ir not.
