Well the Sheraton never fails! The service is impeccable! Being a member, I was upgraded immediately to a higher floor with better views and the view of the city was great! Both day and night.

Appreciate the lovely notes from the housekeeping every day with their extra attention to details.
I had stupidly forgotten to collect my package at the concierge and had emailed them to forward to another destination. They had swiftly assisted me with my request!

Last but not least, location is the best as well! Near the metro which is at a central location. Lots of food, cafes and shopping malls around.

We had a comfortable and memorable stay at Sheraton Guangzhou the weekend before Christmas. We enjoyed cocktails at the lobby bar every evening of our stay. Special thanks to the bartender. He made some amazing negronis. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is very ideal. We’ll definitely choose in Sheraton again in Guangzhou for our next visit.

Whoever is running their breakfast service deserves a raise. They had a huge variety of foods, most of which were good and some were truly excellent. Particularly enjoyed the dim sum, seaweed salad, beef and mushroom, red bean cake, and freshly squeezed apple & pear juice.

Also, my mother in law has a habit of calling our room to wake us up 30 minutes before we would normally wake up, and they REFUSED to connect her because it was too early. 10/10.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Guangzhou, the location is perfect and close to the metro and plenty of shopping malls. Our room had a great view and was a good size. The service from the staff was also a highlight, particularly Howard Chen at reception who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Perfect place to stay for the Canton Fair. They provided free shuttle to and from the fair each day and then you can just walk out the back of the hotel and you are in the main shopping centre. Supermarket downstairs with everything you could ever need.

Buffet breakfast was good. Lots of variety and lots of good facilities in the hotel like sauna and gym.

Room service was excellent, always clean.
Perfect massage place just down the street which is really cheap.

Make sure to ask the front desk for a “drive me to” card which has English and Chinese on it to use to ask for directions when out and about.
