Excellent Cantonese cuisine superbly curated by the chef. Service was also very good. The atmosphere was typical crowded Chinese restaurant which was noisy and boisterous. The roast goose was the best dish.

This seems to the the main branch.

You have to book in advance especially on a weekend because this place is packed. We booked a private room 1 week in advance so it was OK.

Food was not cheap and they have all the expensive stuff. in fact it was the most expensive meal we had on our trip in GZ.

We ordered the famous raw fish salad and the roast pork. The chrysanthemum pork soup is nice.

The egg floss claypot rice was really good and will definitely come back to have this again if I’m around Guangzhou. The restaurant is a huge building and basically it can be full during peak hours so you might want to avoid coming during peak hours. The crispy skin pork fats is really sweet and it can gets really difficult to finish if you dislike pork fats greasy flavor. The charsiew was alright. But the cheongfun and polo bun was quite a huge let down, will definitely not recommend you to order.

a short bit relaxing getaway trip to guangzhou with my buddies and they brought me to this delicate chinese cuisine
the pineapple bun was twice the size of my fist and serving that as last totally filled my stomach space 😆
