玉华台不愧是做“开国第一宴”的，那个东坡肉太赞了！我认为味道品质超过杭州楼外楼了。关键用的肉很棒，真的是肥瘦相间，层层均匀，最重要的一点：很少有餐馆做大肉不咸的，而且没用味精，吃完不烧心！当然，浓油赤酱，颜色过于深了点！ ​菜量够足，价格实惠，服务也一改国营老店的风格，很殷勤周到。烫干丝的刀工真牛，豆腐丝和火腿丝切得一样的细，而且很均匀。淮扬蒸饺的肉馅实在的简直就是一个拳头大的肉丸子，而且里面有马蹄碎，口感脆脆的。

The key point is that the meat used is great, it is really fat and lean, and the layers are even. The most important thing is: there are very few restaurants that make large meat that is not salty, and no MSG is used, so you don’t get heartburn after eating it! Of course, the rich red sauce is a bit too dark! The food is sufficient, the price is affordable, and the service is very attentive and thoughtful, unlike the old state-owned restaurant style. The cutting skills of dry shreds are really good. The shreds of tofu and ham are cut equally finely and evenly. The meat filling of Huaiyang steamed dumplings is really like a fist-sized meatball, and there are minced water chestnuts inside, which gives it a crunchy texture.
