Exceptional in every way. La Colombe is comparable, if not superior, to every Michelin star restaurant we’ve been to in the UK. However it’s also playful, fun and welcoming. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and deliver the most attentive service. Whomever is behind this set up should feel incredibly proud. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth every rand. Very good value for money and a lovely memorable experience. If you choose to dine here, you’ll soon find out why you’re given this handwritten note… “Food is out theatre- enjoy the show” 🎭

Great experience. We were a bit too late for booking a table for dinner so we only got a table for lunch on a Sunday and honestly we thought it was even better than for dinner. We had a lovely table at the window with a nice view into the garden. Chelsea was our waitress and she is great!
Went for the chefs menu (10 courses) with the non-alcoholic pairing.
I would describe myself as a foodie and this place is heaven!
All 10 courses were amazing, super delicious and just right to the spot.
After the 10 courses you feel quite full but with a big smile in your face.
Next time I would probably order not the non-alcoholic pairing as it can be a bit too much with the food (over time, I found the drinks quickly gave a little bit of a satiating feeling, but can also just me, being me).

Sunday tasting lunch. Simply divine in every way. The restaurant lives up the hype and its reputation. The wine selection is phenomenal and the dishes were unique and memorable.

It is absolutely worth the trip and the price - which for US visitors is extremely reasonable.

I feel lucky to have had the chance to experience this culinary masterpiece.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING?!??? This place is a top restaurant in the world for a reason. The moment you walk in you get amazing service. Attentive. Wanting to make the experience special. From water to cocktails to food preferences to allergies. Everything is great. THE FOOD IS EVERYTHING. Every dish was fantastic and unique in its on ways. I would have more of everything if I wasn’t full. The wine pairing is worth it in my opinion, every wine chose goes perfectly with the food. RECOMMEND 100%

What an experience! From the second you walk in to La Colombe, you feel like your in for something special. Beautiful restaurant, not too many tables, and the staff were super friendly and approachable.

I love the fact they come round with a table of ingredients for you before you start your meal, so you can see what you'll be eating that evening. We also did the private cellar tour with a delicious Wagyu beef taco. Overall, we were so impressed.

I will say that you will pay for such an awesome experience though. It's not cheap! ...but nice for a special occasion.
