Our recent visit for the 5-course tasting menu was nothing short of extraordinary—honestly, the best dinner we’ve ever had! Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and creativity. It was like a culinary adventure where every course topped the last.

The staff? They made us feel like VIPs from the moment we walked in—attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, but they nailed it.

And let’s talk about the ambiance—this hotel is absolutely stunning! The breathtaking views alone are worth the visit. Last year, we indulged in their high tea, and we loved it so much that we couldn’t wait to return. This place just keeps getting better, and we’re already planning our next visit!

I lunched at the 12 apostles today.
I find it hard that a 5 star hotel can get away with mediocrity of this scale.
The staff started off very friendly and attentive but shortly after forgot about us for 1.5 hours.
We ordered our food shortly before 1pm and at 2:30 pm we were still waiting.
Eventually we realised they forgot about us and after asking they delivered overcooked meat.
Note that the restaurant was almost empty.
We were so looking forward to treating special family and we felt that we were kept hostage.
The food was found to be average at most, ok but really not great. After the food, the chef sent us 3 extra bowls of chips, still not sure what we were supposed to do with that.
I feel the staff was nice but this is an arrogant hotel resting on their laurels and should not pose as something that they no longer are.
Sad demise of a once great icon.
Management must be the core cancer here.

On 12 October 2024 my family and I attended a wedding reception at 12 Apostles. Wow what a beautiful wedding venue. The view at sunset was breathtaking. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. The menu was scrumptious even for us as a vegetarian family. 😋

We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday at the Leopard Bar. Over a week prior to the occasion, I was in contact with the restaurant coordinator to arrange a high tea for the celebration, but it seemed to be a bit of a struggle for them to organize everything. When we arrived for the high tea on my wife's birthday, I noticed that certain details had not been taken into account, despite confirmation from the coordinator. However, one of the head waitresses, named Amy-Lee, made up for this and transformed the occasion—she organized everything I had initially requested with such ease and enthusiasm. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in our celebration and kids was outstanding. We enjoyed all of the savories and the birthday cake. Thank you, Amy-Lee, for your amazing service and warm personality! We truly appreciate what you did for us.

We went to The Leopard Bar for the high tea. We were celebrating a 70th Birthday and it was everything we hoped for. A great atmosphere. Cozy and warm since it was a fairly cold day. The staff are friendly, everyone greets you and they are so helpful. Someone in particular that stood out was Byron, the supervisor. Such a lovely guy, always smiling and making sure we were okay. He also played his guitar and sang Happy Birthday for the ladies that were there to celebrate which was so special. The high tea was lovely. A range of sweet and savory treats which were all so tasty. A selection of teas and coffee to order at anytime while there. Overall, a wonderful afternoon. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
