This place is an absolute GEM! The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. As a vegetarian with dietary requirements, it’s sometimes hard to find places that can cater for them so I’m stoked to have found a place with a super yummy vegetarian tofu noodle salad. The staff at Moi was awesome as well. Can’t wait to try the tofu buns next!

Absolutely delicious flavourful and beautiful baos. Smashed cucumber salad was excellent as well. Will be visiting Alingsås more now because of this place!

If I could, I would eat here every day!  The bao buns were to die for, packed with fresh and high quality ingredients. The service was also super nice and courteous!  10/10 would recommend!
