This was our second time visiting the restaurant because we had a great experience the first time. Unfortunately, this visit wasn’t as good. The food was still very good, but it didn’t feel as impressive as before.
The waitress was lovely, and they gave us a dessert for a birthday, which was a nice gesture. The restaurant is beautiful, and the food is worth trying for the experience. However, the fish was too salty, even though the sauce was very tasty. Bone marrow and broccoli were very good.

The staff and server were amazing. They were extremely attentive and very helpful when choosing the dishes that best compliment each other. I have no notes on the food, every dish was prepared just right and packed great flavor and textures. I’d probably say this is my current favorite restaurant in the Raleigh area!

We decided on this restaurant for our one year anniversary dinner and it did not disappoint!!!

Upon entering we were greeted by friendly, welcoming and warm host. I did not get his name, but the gentleman has a tattoo of a cross on his upper back. The warm atmosphere paired with ambient lighting and groovy music all played well into double verifying this location!

Our server for the night was Lindsey! She was amazing!! Very informed about the menu and drink offering. Good socialization and timing to not overwhelming us with frequent visits to the table. She was stellar! Very communicative, efficient and just overall pleasant and bubbly spirit to interact with.

For our anniversary the restaurant was extremely generous in gifting us free wine and dessert to end our night!! They also gave us a congratulatory card in which we took home.

Madre Restaurant exceeded all expectations! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, blending a chic vibe with a cozy feel that made it perfect for a girls night out. The food was phenomenal, with each dish bursting with flavor and crafted beautifully. And the cocktails – absolutely top-notch! Each drink was beautifully presented, complementing the meal perfectly. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend Madre for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!”

I am gluten free and the server marked which ones I would not be able to eat
, which was only three.  The food all tasted good however it was never hot. Everything was luke warm to almost cold. The atmosphere was trendy and loud. We had to raise our voices to hear each other. Between the two of us, we ordered 6 small plates and it was just enough.  The service was on the slow side but overall we had a wonderful night.
