Chef Frantzén’s dedication has earned him numerous accolades, including being named Chef of the Year by the White Guide in 2014.
It was in fact an injury that led Björn Frantzén to becoming a chef. In his 20’s he was a football player for the Swedish team AIK, but turned his passion and attention to food after not being able to play football any longer.

Restaurant Frantzén Stockholm received its first Michelin Star in 2009 and just a year later it received its second star. In 2018 it was the first Swedish restaurant ever to receive three stars.
